- Cancellation Policy: As Per our policy outlined on Booking.com, our own website and all other Online Travel Agency affiliated websites, a refund will be issued if you cancel 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, less a $40.00 handling fee. A charge of the first night will apply if canceled inside the 72 hours before arrival. No shows and cancellation on day of arrival will result in a charge of the total price of the reservation.
- Smoking Fee: $250 for ANY smoking in the rooms
- Event Fee: Event fees may be applied to the total cost of reservation.
